These operators all hold current EUSR registrations, SCO Core, FOA & PTW(CP), are fully conversant with Network controls and the operation of E-Permits.
Service Provision
TTS Engineering takes pride in offering specialist welding solutions that meet the highest industrial standards.
Our multi-certified welders provide an added level of expertise, being versatile in several different welding processes and techniques, whilst offering the flexibility of being proficient in a variety of different material types ranging from the more common carbon and stainless steel grades to the more exotic, such as Duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium and Aluminium.
We have established a comprehensive workshop on Teesside, as a central base of operation, and developed a service fleet to ensures that our welding provisions can be performed at our clients’ site facilities when required.
Pipework Systems
Working in accordance with IGEM regulations we assist our clients with their infrastructural assets, from the conception stage to final commissioning. Our honed skill set ensures TTS Engineering excels at the design, fabrication and installation of pipework systems. Whether the work involves inlet modifications, pipeline repairs, valve spindle refurbishments, bridge crossings, multi-occupancy buildings, or specialised component fabrication, etc, we guarantee to deliver exceptional quality and precision every time.
On top of our exceptional welding services, TTS Engineering operatives are also fully trained in the use of press and compression mediums. We offer additional pipework solutions in Swagelok for smaller instrument streams and lineguard venting systems up to 50mm; and a Mapress range up to 100mm in Copper, Cunife, Carbon and Stainless steel.
All of our piping projects are rigorously inspected throughout the production process and pressure tested to client specifications before release by our certified personnel.
As well as being experience in the application of GIS/CW5 & 6 external coatings for the protection of pipework systems, TTS Engineering also have their own BGAS-CSWIP approved personnel to perform site coating examinations as part of a larger project or as a standalone activity.
Site Upgrades
TTS Engineering offers clients support, in their endeavours to maintain and improve their installations and site assets.
As well as providing pipework supports, brick work strapping, and blast bar modifications, building integrity is often enhanced by the replacement of SR2 security rated doors. These are manufactured to bespoke brickwork reveal dimensions in a range of types, based upon client needs; single, double, louvred, bi-folding and emergency exit.
We also produce SHR1 compliant handrail structures and platforms; from basic ladders and steps to pipe bridges and gantries, in a variety of materials and conditions; painted, galvanised, etc.
Security Improvements
TTS Engineering offer a wide variety of effective security measures to assist clients with their strategies to prevent trespass and limit the opportunity for crime to take place. These measures range from those that engage with social conscience such as increased signage, the application of coatings to cause undesirable effects such as anti-Vandal paint, to our speciality, the fabrication and installation of physical deterrents such as: -
